Yes, the business managers and politicians and world leaders and bankers have decided that it's okay to re-open restaurants, bars, clubs etc in some major cities, and almost immediately we saw scenes like this:
Six million years of evolution has brought us to this.
Hahaha yeah, let's all do that. In the middle of a pandemic. These are probably the same people - well, the ones who didn't get sick anyway - who flocked to the beach when the weather was nice, throwing caution and their family's safety to the wind for the sake of a tan, seeing a friend they could have just easily Skyped and paying too much for an alcoholic drink. "But, but but... the ECONOMY!" some dickheads will say. Yes, the economy. It's important, of course it is. But is it that important? Is it worth dying over? My thoughts & prayers go out to the ones who believed Covid-19 was a hoax, went to a "Hoax Party" to prove that it was a hoax, and then caught Corona Virus and died. And by "thoughts" I mean "you stupid fuck" and by "prayers" I mean "I pray no-one I know is that fucking stupid."
You're probably wondering what this has to do with the price of cheese. Well, these current events inspired the next volume of Love In The Time Of Corona, the digital mixtape series I have been producing. This one has much less comedy and has more of a dark dance feel, mirroring my feelings of people shouting "party!" while the Red Death waits outside patiently. I won't explain the inclusion of every song - I'm hoping the music and song titles will speak for themselves - but I have included the tracklist at the bottom of this page for you to peruse.

I've been creating these Corona-themed digital mixtapes as a way of mentally dealing with the pandemic, the lockdown and all that jazz . I'll probably do one more and see how the land lies after that, but with no sign of the virus stopping any time soon I have become painfully aware that I need to find another outlet for everything that's going on, otherwise where will this end?
