“Hey professor, I recognise these teeth!”

Ship to Shore PhonoCo. is proud to present the fifth volume in the limited edition The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs VHS cassette series: Ruggero Deodato’s infamous Cannibal Holocaust, the original video nasty!

“Four youngsters who never came back.”

When a film crew goes missing in the Amazon jungle whilst shooting a documentary on local cannibal tribes, anthropologist Harold Monroe is tasked with trekking into the green inferno to rescue them. After discovering the team’s film rolls amongst their rotting remains, Monroe travels back to New York and, amid a sensationalised media frenzy surrounding the story, views the raw footage to discover what befell the hapless crew… and beholds events so shocking that even the TV networks decide not to air it!

  • WITNESS! the barbaric rituals of an archaic Amazonian tribe!
  • DISCOVER! the best way to treat a snake bite in the jungle!
  • WONDER! who the real cannibals are!
Notorious for its depiction of man’s inhumanity to man - and animal - Cannibal Holocaust caused major controversy at the time of its release, was banned in numerous countries around the world and heavily censored in many others, and to this day still remains one of the most divisive motion pictures ever made. Shocking, fascinating, nauseating, you won’t be able to take your eyes off of the screen… but you may wish you had!

Cannibal Holocaustis presented here in its uncut form, and so viewer discretion is advised. Luckily, the Last Drive-In host Joe Bob Briggs is here to guide you through the gore and grime with his trademarked observations and trivia reports. Expect a rant about  meat substitutes, a vegan / carnivore cook-off, and Joe Bob’s phone call to “mangled dick expert” Felissa Rose!

Available on limited green shell VHS cassettes, with highly limited yellow shell VHS cassettes randomly inserted into orders, and cover artwork by Cody Schibi!
